Questions people ask.
What does attic cleaning include?
Taking out old insulation, droppings, nests and debris, sanitizing the bare attic, sealing the gaps into your rooms, and putting in fresh insulation.
Do I need to replace all the insulation?
Jacob checks the attic first and tells you what he finds. Insulation that is wet, moldy, flattened or full of droppings is taken out and replaced.
Should the attic be cleaned after rats or mice?
Yes. Droppings and nests left behind keep making dust that can reach your rooms. We clean it out, sanitize it, and seal the ways they got in. Our rodent work has a lifetime guarantee.
Can I clean my attic myself?
Check the simple things yourself first, like the air filter. Droppings are a different job: the CDC tells people not to sweep or vacuum them, because the dust can carry disease.
Will a clean attic help with dust in the house?
It can, when the dust is coming from the attic. Cleaning takes away the source, and sealing closes the gaps the air comes through. Here is how to tell.
